Having experienced severe back pain and autoimmune conditions that left me wheelchair-bound for months, I understand the challenges of overcoming physical limitations. From this personal journey, I developed a progressive program that supports anyone in returning to movement, just as I did. My mission is to guide others back to pain-free living, empowering them to achieve not only strength but also the freedom to live life to its fullest.

  • Education and Certification (2022,2025): Completed the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS)
  • Fitness Club Experience (2010-2025): Gained extensive experience working at a gyms and owning my own gym from 2012 to present. I have honed my skills over the last few years and worked with various individuals from the older population, high performance athletes to those rehabilitating from injuries.
  • Specialization in Strength Training (2025): Became a certified strength and conditioning specialist, focusing on training for specific athletic goals.
  • Launch of Personal Brand (2023): Established their own fitness brand, offering online coaching, in-person training sessions, and wellness workshops.

Yes of course! Please email me and we can set a time and date.

The program is designed in a progressive approach of establishing mobility, flexibility, stability then strength. When the body is progressed in this way you will get more out of each movement as well as better preventing pain/injury in the future. Even in stability you can gain strength and lose body fat!

Please stop an exercises that cause further pain. There is some level of pain during a rehab process but certain pain should be avoided. If you have questions about your pain or injury please email me.

Training online with me is GOOD. Training online and some on zoom is BETTER. Training in person with me is BEST. The more I can see a body move and do a needs anaylsis the better I can help and guide the progressions. Athletic rebuild is a glipse into my program in person but is affective at progressing the beginer and helping with microtrauma pain. With certain pain adding a zoom session is best as there can be many causes of back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain etc. The zoom session I will provide better exercise that may fit your needs not provided in the online programs. BEST is to train in person if you are in St. Petersburg. I assess movements often, correct training and exercises choices as needed and you receive access to 1000s of videos and a full mobility, flexibility and stability program as well as custom workouts as needed.
