Exciting news! If you have ever wanted to learn more about biomechanics and how to finally get rid of the root cause of your pain and improve posture this is a coaching program for you!

  • Each week you get one workout. It will look odd! But application and progression is everything due to the many ways our body compensates. Each Wednesday to help guide you with training in the gym, daily movements and understanding biomechanics as a whole we will have an hour coaching call on Zoom.

What's in it?

Biomechanics is the study of how the body moves and organizes force through joints, muscles, and connective tissues. It looks at how and why movement happens—not just what muscles are working, but how joints access positions, how forces are transferred, and how the body adapts or compensates to keep moving. You will get access the Biomechanic Section of the app. Exercises will be added this each week as well as a Group Coaching Call every week where you will learn application to your body.

Coaching Calls

These call are for a group of 10-15 people. Each week we will progression how biomechanics is applied. Each body type is different therefore application for the same result is different. This is where you can ask questions and learn from each other. General training and rehab principles will not be discussed in depth, we will stick to mostly biomechanics.

APP Access

You will get access to the app and one workout each week. In the coaching calls we will discuss application. After you learn biomechanics it is best to stack it with Athletic Rebuild that is a seond program in the app.
